Chat is open to anyone - and the userbase allows for users as young as 13 years old.

I don't need anyone starting a discussion about thing like Cupcakes, Pegasus Device and such. First, a little egoistically, because I don't like that. Second, because I like MLP because friendship and those aren't anything like that. Third, because it would be very easy to start flame wars and end up in Not-So-Nice posts and comments
