normally on SO people having tendency that "there should be my own room" and while having good knowledge about Android & BlackBerry they make me owner i have only two rooms one for Tech topics and another for garbage message.

even its unable to handle much technologies in single room with nuisance chatters.

@SilentKiller That's not good. I never tried SO chat. MSE chat users are more mature and we can contribute more in cleaning up all the sites across the network. Which is not possible on SO.

@InfiniteRecursion because of this issue i'm here only. we are facing more then 20 flags each day or half day.

@SilentKiller Ohh, that is sad. Those who flag for revenge get noticed. Users and their flagging patterns are actively monitored, maybe those users don't know. Mods watch for targeted flagging by users, and take action on such users. There are multiple posts on MSO and MSE about this.

Inf is right, kick-mutes and flags are harsh, they are monitored and may or may not be punished for abuse.

I own only five rooms on SO chat, but I monitor and keep them in healthy state, so I don't want to own any more rooms.

That's a good point, some people learn better with others holding their hands.

yup. :) i had learned many things from google like cracking, phishing and many tricks but to learn from a knowledgeable person is just different experience. :)

you can try helping out in some of the open source projects that other users advertise or could use a helping hand, if it isn't against your employer's policy. open source projects are a great way to learn too @SilentKiller

e.g @Uni is part of Smokey's dev team, miaou etc, which are very good projects

I agree with @inf. Whenever I find a project which might relate to me any point in time, I try to understand it and participate.

Learns a lot of semantics and gives more expeirence than "exercises".

Plus, it's fun!

normally i try to help users on SO rooms. doesn't matter which technology search about issue and pass links to them and helping some freelancing friends too.

Cool, researching for others gets you proactively learning new concepts as well.
