From my calculations, it should've shown something like 150 when I made that screenshot. It shouldn't be that hard to show more digits; this is done for the green reputation indicator as well.
Should metaMO allow actual requests for mathematical consulting services to be remunerated by either by honoraria or by "usual and customary fees"?

If I hover over a user with an expandable usercard, the hat is only showing on the profile pic of the usercard for a very short time. After that, it teleports back to the original picture.
