@Mithical Going to resurrect this a bit, as I just discovered a new video (doctor on Gaza filmed his day of work). Even if members of Hamas, or even groups of them used hospitals as shelters, etc, that doesn't matter, because they are still hospitals, and displaced civilians also live there. Additionally, you see that the war has severe effects otherwise on the population; they don't even have soap to clean with, no medicine.

Also, it's good that individual members of the IDF are prosecuted for committing crimes, however, it's a problem that they are being enabled to do it in the first place, especially at such a scale. This particular conflict has so many systematic non-military casualties (even worse than the invasion on Ukraine). I'm gonna cheat a bit, and link to (again, sorry, a Norwegian article, you can translate it),

this article by a journalist (it's an opinion, and labelled as such), simply because it contains so many useful links to good sources, and I'd rather not pick them out one by one. :)

Also, sorry for the resurrection. I noticed I bogged down a bit yesterday, because I lose track of the bigger picture when getting stuck at tiny details.

Same way when somebody starts arguing you can't give Gaza food because it may end up in the hands of Hamas. Yes, it's happened, I managed not to argue one can't use that argumentation to justify removal of food deliveries, because it necessarily results in an intentional starvation of the population.
