I will probably get a few squats in... emptying the dishwasher and gathering leaves/seed pods from between the decorative gravel in the back yard are on the list ;)

Other than that, a 30 minute walk on the treadmill, folding laundry, preparing lunch and bag for office day tomorrow, and showering.

I simply refuse to go on any kind of quack diet. I'll have healthy breakfast, healthy lunch, healthy dinner, keep track of portion sizes and calories. It works already. Better to lose it slowly over time than to crash and gain more than half back later.

@AndreasmovedtoCodidact It is not healthy. It can push the body into a mode where it thinks food is scarce, and starts conserving energy, as well as resulting in excessive future energy storage. It might work short-term, but the better idea is just to reduce intake without starving the body for periods of time.

Yep, that's the theory as I was told as well. Eat enough calories and you will lose weight, eat too few and you'll plateau/start gaining

projectgezond.nl < I've been using that as a guideline, and with the 1800kcal a day I lose about half a kilo a week if I'm strict. I suck at being strict though so my weight loss is closer to a kg a month (with relapses around my birthday and Christmas XD)

( loads of their recipes are just simple and tasty too, that helps)

Also I think I've found the "too much garlic" point XD. I'm done eating and all I taste is garlic now
