I have several kinds of cheese at home, from 5% to 32% fat. The more fat, the more yummy it is of course. :D

Well maybe here they put more focus on the fat percentage, it's always very visible on every cheese.

I'll see what percenage mine is later

I don't do well with some foods that have lactose in them- tend to get stomach aches- but for some reason this cheese is okay for me

Well vegan cheese means it's made of vegetables only, no milk or any components that arrive from animals at all.

And they just make it look and taste like cheese, which is made of milk.
