1. Go to any question 2. find the part that says 'asked X days/months/mins/secs ago" and where the flair is. 3. hover over it. they used to show the exact timestamp when the question was asked. (example *2021.01.28 14:34:36Z* - Something similar.) 4. Now it doesn't.

DDoS attacks may knock down websites, overload servers, slow loading speeds, and disable key features. But the issue we're discussing is inconsistency in either the source code or how the browser behaves after loading the page.
