@rene same as @Mith as I have safe room in my home, it should protect against anything they can launch at us. But mentally, the kids get hurt... but hey that's a way for them to learn about the real world. and they'll be fine. :)
I'm not scared from the rockets as I had one exploding 100 meters away from me while in army, makes you realize you don't really have any control over those things.
@ShadowTheVaccinatedWizard yeah, I was watching a documentary yesterday about Dutchbat in Srebrenica. A military commander said: A bomb dropped a meter in front of me and two meters behind me. That is pretty loud. Then he went on to guide an Dutch F16 to give relief fire so he could withdraw with his group to a safer place. I guess being in a war / being trained gives you a different perspective / priorities.
@ShadowTheVaccinatedWizard I feel sorry for your kids (and all other kids impacted by this). Give them some extra love in the coming days.
Well what I had falling nearby was big, with 10 meters kill zone, I was lucky.
@rene thanks. So far I gave them myself (slept with them between 4 AM to 7 AM), and sweets for breakfast.
I slept in the safe room with the two older kids (we didn't have to, but they insisted on staying there) and wife slept with the little kid in our bedroom.
I was in the middle, daughter to the right, son to my left. :D
