@user1271772 well most bugs are like that, they exist for years and never fixed. There are hundreds, maybe thousands.

As for email notification... there used to be the option to subscribe to specific tag in the past and get email for new questions using this tag, but they removed it when changing the design of the tag popup and it's gone for good. Why? Because they don't care about us. Annoying as hell but we can't do anything about it.
