Anyway you're correct, looks like Meta Stack Exchange isn't in the list, probably because it doesn't follow the standard "main site + meta site", as its "parent" site is stackexchange.com itself which isn't Q&A site.

Probably already reported on MSE.

Thanks for finding the Meta post! I was searching different things like "email notifications" so that post didn't show up in my search.
