hummm thanks.

tl;dr they attempted to hotlink an image from a website that serves shock NSFW images to hotlinkers; they couldn't see what they were doing since their browser was caching the correct image while others saw the NSFW one.

I know the context of suspension .So why i want to know how it's clear? Thanks.
