Well, luckily I can multi task!
poo: ideally, incrementing turd count like @Kenny is doing, maybe using different unicode character if such thing exists. If can't be auto incrementing, random amount of turds between 1 and 20 for example.
pee: some random funny reply from a set of a few, e.g. "Oh, that was good!", "Thanks, I really needed it!", "Beware the stream!", etc.
wipe: some random funny reply too, e.g. "Awesome, good to feel clean again!". If possible to check past commands history, check if poo wasn't executed before and reply instead "Nothing to wipe!"
