Then tell me "when" the accept (of my answer) happened, only looking at these timelines. Hint: it was NOT on apr 23. Meta.SE suggestion: make "accept" a separate timeline entry ... Thoughts?

The green tick in the question's timeline only says "this answer is accepted" - to know when exactly, you have to go to the answer's timeline, where it's showing as accept vote. @Pierre

All in all, might be worth a self-answered support question, since it's not really trivial.

@ShadowWizard : you're right, "now" I see that "accepted" in the timeline of my own answer...

But, can't proof it "now" anymore, but pretty sure yesterday (shortly after I first analysed and looked there myself), it was NOT there ... though the green checkmark in the question's timeline was already there then "right away".

And today that checkmark is still located at the date of Apr 23 ... IMO the checkmark should be shown with a date of yesterday.

Also: how to post a self answered question if you're question banned????? PS: I really do not like this chat interface (on iOS ...)

@Pierre.Vriens well, maybe caching, might be even an hour or so.

Caching is crucial to make things load faster, so it's a fair tradeoff.
