Then they also think of ideas how to improve the sites and bring them to the management, e.g. Jon tried to improve the comments system

Additionally, my utter disinterest in reading long posts is another thing that makes me not enough qualified for post. Other than that, I wonder, how experience as a CM will help in my career, if I want to go to another company. I think, it will drastically reduce my chances of getting another job.
