@ShadowWizardWearingMask Why is this era (and mostly after 2010) is so devoted to nudity and sex? The way these things are shown really tell us that the directors must have hired some psychologists in order to know what kind nudity and sex scenes will disturb the viewers more.

@Knight I'm 100% sure their intention is not to disturb viewers more. The key word in the whole TV/Cinema industry is rating/crowd. This bring the big money. So yes, they do things that were not done before in the name of rating, and that's the answer for "why".
And those who are disturbed by this simply don't watch. I'm against any kind of ban, so even that I for example really don't like religious stuff in movies, I won't call to ban them, just wont watch them.

@ShadowWizardWearingMask By disturb I meant addictive because addiction is a disturbed order of mind. Yes you’re right, their ratings increase when they show nudity and sex scenes because viewers sitting in their home find it pleasurable to watch someone they don’t know as naked and engaged in sex and viewers think that the persons going nude in that TV show is going nude especially for them and they start thinking themselves worthy of it
And expect some normal people in school/college, shopping mall etc. to do the same for them.
Is it reasonable for an actor/actress to have their private parts maked up and show it to a wide public? Can we ever call this a normal thing?

@Knight well, you confuse this with porn. What we have in mainstream TV/Movies is not porn, I'll think of a way to explain soon.
@Knight yes, it's part of the art.

I gave it lots of thought, and this is my conclusion so far. I'll start with porn because it's more obvious: its one and only purpose is to arouse people. It feeds from the basic human lust. Some people fight this urge, some people accept it, both are fine. Some get addicted which is not so fine, but same happens with alcohol, drugs, etc. You can't blame the industry.
Now for the less obvious, which are the nude/sex scenes in TV shows and "normal" movies, i.e. not porn. First of all, those are **not** meant to arouse. It's actual part of the TV show or movie, and meant to make the show more
