It's not absolute amount, just a percentage of overall flags.

@ShadowWizard I flagged 15, 1 pending, 4 declined. I don't think it could be over 25%.

1 flag was declined before two flags were marked helpful. What I am saying is the bank should have been triggered before I raised the two helpful flags.

Prolly they can hand out bans. I thought they can only review-ban and edit-ban.

It's not that strong yet, but strong enough to beat me when I make a mistake, especially in 0+1 which is a blunderfest.

@ShadowWizard Yes. Nothing more than 15 and 4 declined, 1 pending, all others helpful.

As I said to MAR, the ban should have been triggered before I raised two other flags if it is 100% automatic.

There is no declined flags before 7 days ago. Nothing.

@Rathony well, 4 out of 15 is 26% so you should indeed be banned

I am not sure you can read it, though. It was deleted by votes.

The answer reads "It could be because the population of the USA is approximately 5 times that of the UK." I flagged it "not an answer" and was declined. Ha ha.
