@ShadowWizard I don't think they store the deleted comments like they do with answers and I work on cleaning the site while flagging comments. This is to discourage the new users to post such comments. I know it's a lost cause, but at this kind of time, I remember the Shog, I read somewhere in one of his posts, we can either leave it be or we can work on it. I am just contributing my 2 cents there :D

@DroidDev Clean India of what? Here in Israel we have several days every year where people are called to help clean the beaches for example from all the trash left during summer time. Something like that?

As for deleted contents, nothing in Stack Exchange is ever hard deleted, except very rare cases. (DMCA, underage users)

@ShadowWizard In India, people have very bad habit of throwing trash at public places, which makes the country not a very good place, so our Prime Minister(first time anyone called this up) urged everyone to clean their surroundings and thus if everyone is doing so, then it'll clean whole country.

@ShadowWizard thanks for that, actually, the main reason I think dates back to centuries. India is very old civilization and was been under foreign rule for around 1000 years and also been at war for almost all that time. When people finally got free and India became a democracy, it was hard to control everything and thus occured such anomalies, which were inherent to system.

Corruption was also built into the system, while make law, because everybody wanted control, which they never had. But, now I think good times are finally coming. We all have so many expectations with new government :)

It isn't like that new government have all honest politicians, in-fact most of them are from same background as criminals are, but still, the one man heading them has much more influence than all of them(Prime Minister). This time, the government was only formed because of his influence among people, so he has a stronghold in party and over other members and he is the one who is doing all the reforms.

If not complete, then we will witness a slow make-over of things in coming time here.
