I've got 101 reputation but still I can't open queestions on meta.. can you help me? I still think I've been banned while I was just trying to help.. and many people here agreed with me..

Keep posting answers, and make sure that they are high-quality.

Bounty doesn't really count, you need upvotes to overcome ban

I understand.. so it's not only a matter of reputation..

but the issue was another

the last time I've spent some times speaking with other guys here of my ban in the meta section and, if I didn't misunderstand, every one agreed it wasn't really that right that I was banned..

Nobody can manually lift it, not even mods

By the way please keep the discussion here @Sam, no point repeating everything in both rooms

yes.. I was saying things in a not nice way, and they were all critics..

it's easy to get downvotes.. I think.. it's the reason why politician are demagogic..

It wasn't so much your phrasing. You got a lot of downvotes because all of your questions are about things that have been heavily discussed many times already on Meta. People tend to get tired of users bringing up the same things over and over rather than looking for the previous discussions on it.

ok.. but my point of view was really new.. I think no one was taking psychology into account.. and however I still consider a semi-permanent ban a bit too much..

to me it's not very different from a censurship

@animuson I do think he deserve a second chance and solution would be to disassociate some questions from his account. Think such thing is feasible?

(if people get bored from your topic => they downvote you => you can't express any more)

You could email the community team and talk to them about it. You do have two more questions on your account that are deleted and also both downvoted, keep in mind.

send email to team@stackexchange.com and in there explain what happened to you on Meta, sending link to your account, and ask for a second chance that can be given by disassociating the heavily downvoted questions from your account. Give it time though, they are not obliged to do it or even reply, but it's worth a try.
