@Mysticial yeah. 500+ voters, 35K+ views make enough data to evaluate popularity without early stage guesses like many-answrs-are-good. And this data clearly tells that 4 of 5 answers aren't popular, Score 21, 8, 5 and 2, give me a break... and still, all 5 answers are pushed into "hotness" value.

You know, we discussed differences in scoring advanced and popular questions but cases like this make me feel this is all too theoretical, because current formula fails to reflect either of quality and popularity; it looks like just plain answers count.
