That's monstrous.
I assume they won. Most lawyers and judges are former moderators (due to their skills at lying and judging, respectively).

Riot cops, too. Mostly former moderators who aren't satisfied abusing and beating people up verbally anymore, and need the real thing.
The main purpose of the Stack Exchange Moderator Agreement is to prevent the world from learning what goes on in the Teachers' Lounge, which is essentially a 24/7 laugh-fest of cruelty, belittling users and their complaints about the moderator elite's corruption and pointless brutality.
In a 2013 Stack Exchange survey, when asked about the main motivation for their being a moderator, most of them answered "hazing lusers".
The survey was swept under the rug.
#2 was "violating constitutional rights".
