@SpencerG I'm... very late, but wouldn't it also be good to put the thing up for review on MSE before any real estimates are made? In case the group really missed something critical that would impact those estimates?

I misunderstood then, I thought the PM would also be doing the estimating :)
(and wanted to avoid the PM having to estimate two times, possibly)
