@Machavity I may be asking a lot, but can you provide a reference that actually provides a concrete example of a question that causes ChatGPT to produce code that's vulnerable to a SQL injection attack, or any other "standard" code vulnerability for that matter? The reason being that I really want to put together a blog post showing such an answer, side by side with asking ChatGPT "Why is SQL injection bad?" This will be an extremely visible and comprehensible example of ChatGPT's complete inability to understand and reason about what it's saying. — dgnuff 8 secs ago

It would be nice if people checked first! Or asked on the appropriate place. — Journeyman Geek 20 secs ago
@DavidPostill I think the OP should give more information first, or else any sites doesn’t fit the question. — user1176409 1 min ago
or a scam. Not enough information to tell if OP has any idea what's going on. "Verifying your ID" is a great way to steal personal information — Journeyman Geek 57 secs ago

You found the correct site before joining here. What made you post your question here, where it's off topic? — Shadow Wizard Love Zelda 8 secs ago

Does this answer your question? How do suggested edits work? — Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog 22 secs ago
I didn't downvote (as of the time you posted your comment, there's only one downvote), but I think that may be because you didn't do enough searching on the site to find that question (i.e., lack of research effort). — Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog 9 secs ago
Speaking of which, sure enough, when I performed the tag edit as a privileged user, it recognized me as having also performed a 5-character body edit. — Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog 23 secs ago

@Spevacus Try with your own or community wiki posts on a site where you don't have the privilege to edit posts. You'll be able to reproduce. — Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog 7 secs ago
Just tested this. It doesn't seem to work for your own posts and community wiki posts if you don't have the privilege to edit posts. It does work if you do have the privilege to edit posts (own, wiki, or otherwise; it loads the inline editor) and it also works if you have to suggest an edit to the post. Most likely cause is that it's trying to load the inline editor if you have binding edit privileges for a post, but users without editing privileges don't have access to the inline editor so it silently fails. — Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog 1 min ago

@trlkly Huge amounts of valuable information were lost due to chat being time-limited. I'm treating Discussions as the place for Q&A and ignoring SO completely. (I've been making only low-effort contributions since Monicagate.) — Kevin Krumwiede 24 secs ago

@user3840170 "E" is for Edit, when pressed while the keyboard shortcuts are enabled (in the profile settings, disabled by default), it let you edit the post you're viewing, same way as clicking the edit button. — Shadow Wizard Love Zelda 50 secs ago

@KevinKrumwiede In the ideal world, any valuable information would then have wound up put back on the Q&A site. But I know that often isn't the case. Just like the point of comments is supposed to be to add any useful info to the Answers. And I see nothing wrong with being low-effort here: I myself just contribute when I happen to know things others don't. — trlkly 32 secs ago

Hi Gerry, this doesn't sound like a [feature-request], and for [site-recommendation], which you seem to be after, you need to have a specific example question. Please edit your question to focus on either. — Joachim 59 secs ago
