I believe there’s some disconnect between the intention of the policy and this reading of it. The policy isn’t about
wrong answers, it’s about false, harmful, or misleading information that can lead to harm. While I could see a scenario of say, an incorrect math equation may cause mistimed traffic lights, that’s not the focus of the policy. It focuses on dealing with information that is designed to spread, inflame, and causes harm. Which is why we are planning to retain the decline reason for wrong answers. —
