Just makes no sense that someone feels convicted enough to enforce ules, unilaterally enforce them, but cannot be bothered to offer up any constructive information on why. In all other reasonable areas of polite society there are names for that type of behavior, and I cannot think of any that are not pejorative. That conduct should be clearly spelled out somewhere, that "if you feel something is needing to be deleted, do something productive with it?" That would go a long way to increase the quality of content, and seems to be the spirit of having a code of conduct to begin with?
