I have edited the section "Can I see a list of my deleted posts?" in the FAQ post: How does deleting work? What can cause a post to be deleted, and what does that actually mean? What are the criteria for deletion?
> Yes, but only [deleted posts which have been **deleted in the last 60 days**][18].
If you have the moderator tools privilege, you can [search among your own deleted posts][19] using `deleted:1`. A full list of deleted posts for users without that privilege [won't likely happen][20].
Even without that privilege, it's possible to find posts deleted longer than 60 days ago if they've been voted on, by [carefully browsing through your reputation history](https://meta.stackexchange.com/a/333518/295232).

> Yes, you can find them from your profile. If you go to the questions tab of your profile, at the bottom you can click on "deleted questions". This will give you a list of your deleted questions. You can find deleted answers in the same way - by clicking on "deleted answers" in the answers tab.

I have edited a bit the FAQ posts on deletion to reflect the recent change from "deleted recent questions" to "deleted questions". (Although I am not sure whether it is ok if regular user edits those posts - or whether I should have left that to SE staff.)

In any case, if somebody wants to have a look, I provided a bit more details about my edits here: https://chat.meta.stackexchange.com/transcript/1623/2022/1/13

@Glorfindel Among other things I have removed the link to your post: Allow banned users to see their own deleted posts. (Since now there is an easier way to get deleted questions/answers, this seemed redundant in a FAQ post.)

^ That. If it's not okay for users to edit, the staff will have used the 'policy lock' :) So there's no accidentally editing posts that shouldn't be edited ;)
There was already an edit to that post - and I suppose that other users will improve it even more: meta.stackexchange.com/posts/5222/revisions
