@amWhy Yes, the way I see it, when the room in question gets close to 14 days of inactivity, you should be already able to post a message there myself.
It seems that you and me are the only two users who posted in this room. So I am not sure to which extent it makes sense to keep this room around.
But it should be safe from freezing for the next 14 days. I'll see - maybe after that I'll post something, just to see whether something comes up during the 14 days after that. (But if there is nothing new during one months, that seems like a sign that the room isn't actually needed.)
It's different on Mathematics - I do communicate with many users there, so it makes sense to have a place where they can reach me. (Although I do participate less than I used to - and I would like to cut back even more in the future. But I do not have any immediate plans to delete my account - that seems a bit scary, since it cannot be reversed.)

@Martin Thanks! I'll be back in 8-9 days. I see "suspended for 8 more days," but SE names the integer part of, in this example $[8, 9)$ shows as 8 days. Only on the eighth day will I see how many more hours I'll have to wait. So all is good; I should have plenty of time when I get back, to update the room, and figure out how to use it, or let it go. I appreciate your refreshing, and this room in meta.
