Why did you freeze the Cafe?

Yeah, kicking bots is bad and probably very annoying for mods but it's not Cafe's fault I guess.

I guess it would be a better solution to ban the one who kicks bots (after warning) because cafes and all its other members has nothing to do with someone who kicked a bot.

For example I avoid kicking bots at all but I can't chat at Cafe either.
