Yeah, no. Since the Café is frozen, that doesn't mean you can just go play with adding/removing room ownership here instead. I'll put it on the list to unfreeze this one too, if and when we unfreeze the café.

New rules and guidelines (for when we're ROs):
1. Don't kick-mute bots, or for that matter, anyone, unless they are posting NSFW or other offensive content after they have been warned. For a first offense, they should be warned.
2. Pranks are fine, as long as they don't start causing trouble. ROs should avoid being caught up in a prank if possible.
3. You will be warned if you behave mischievously, cause trouble, or post offensive/NSFW content.
