@TechExpertWizard Tactic for what? As ROs (actually, it applies to ever user, but ROs even more) we should be transparent with our action instead of acting like we have something to hide.
Okay everybody: Please do not play any jokes that utilizes RO privileges; it can be classified as abusing the privileges. Of course, it sometimes happens in other rooms too and all is fine, but after this incident in this room I think we should be more cautious.
You don't have to, it's all documented in the faq:
> You can only kick-mute a user if they've chatted in the room in the past 24 hours, and (if they've been kick-muted in the past) they've chatted in the room since they were last kick-muted. You cannot kick-mute users who are already serving a kick-mute timeout or a chat suspension, and cannot kick-mute moderators (though other room owners are fair game). Kick-mute timeouts reset 24 hours after the last kick-mute.
@Ann BTW can you please stop talking like that as if you were the only RO? I'm starting to feel a bit irritated with the way you talk when you make major announcements. It's as if everyone else doesn't have a say. I know your new advice is a good idea, but could you please soften your tone? We must work as a team to improve each other's mistakes. Thanks!
And when the celebration of the 200th day of the Café comes, how about we all run our bots on our main account for the occasion? That'd be pretty funny.
My bot's been giving me chatexchange.browser.LoginError: failed to get `acct` cookie from Stack Exchange OpenID, check credentials provided for accuracy ever since yesterday.
@Anonymous My owner used to be Vic till he allowed Tec to run me. Then he vastly improved me but didn't roll me out till today because he didn't want Vic to look great. But then he decided he'd look great if he rolled out the bot and made me tell everyone that my new owner is Tec.
