@ShadowTheVaccinatedWizard I was thinking a lot more philosophical than that XD There's been a few articles in the news here that mentioned it: Who is seen as the 'weak' side can change over time. It's said that younger people slowly shift their opinion from pro-Israel to pro-Palestine over here, because 'we don't have the guilt of WWII', and as such aren't seen as willing to let people get away with things

@Tinkeringbell more like "Israel's long grace period is over", which is fair. I can see the point of those saying/thinking "the oppressed became the oppressor" and it's true in a way, but I want to believe we "oppress" the other side just because there's no other choice for us to survive.

@ShadowTheVaccinatedWizard Yeah, I think there's no right/wrong/winner/victim here. Just a bunch of people that need to learn to live together XD

@Tinkeringbell like brothers who keep fighting all the time, badly, and have no parents to put some order in the resulting chaos.

No, who have parents that think they have to pick a side too ;)

But not sure living together will ever work, I see it more like each living in their own place, but in peace, each minding their own business.
@Tinkeringbell nah, the brothers don't recognize the parental authority of those claiming to be parents. ;)

@ShadowTheVaccinatedWizard Well that's basically any child XD
Doesn't mean there are no parents!

hehe
Also real parents aren't replaced every few years...
(each US leader has his (her??) own views and behavior towards the conflict)
e.g. Biden appears to want to stay away from it.

@ShadowTheVaccinatedWizard Foster care! The US foster care system is notoriously bad :P

@Tinkeringbell huh! LOL

11:02 AM
I mean I have no clue on the numbers over here, but you do hear/read sometimes about how 'bad' the foster care systems in the US are... even the wiki seems to confirm some of it.
