@code11 It's a slow popper, so could be either.

I personally believe it is 3 on one message, but it most definitely is a slow popper. It takes quite awhile to get it. I got it overnight for this message.

@Spevacus we were able to confirm that trigger earlier with @Scratte, it's 3 stars (or more) on one chat message, the hat is delivered with some delay.
