I felt suspicious ever since the beginning on the python tag. At first, I assumed you answered a lot of questions, but then I noticed a lot of questions you answered were VLQ. This made me a little suspicious, mainly because I would answer 5 questions every day, and you gained faster than me.

In my opinion, someone who gains that fast within the first week of being in SO is not actually gaining.

I think what happened is you had this family member upvote all your questions, which is not acceptable. I have a family member on SO, but I don't ask them to upvote my answers, or to support me.

@AnnZen If I am correct, the first suspension was because of voting fraud. During that suspension, you made a second account(we know because that account was created while you were suspended). That is against regulations, as you can see here.
