I wonder, @quid, why you create chat rooms in which you delay or withhold your responses?? If it's because it's me pinging you, just say so, and I'll no longer bother to try. (And by the way, @quid you are now very pingable here).

I feel like a generator of question when it comes to certain topics, it's weird

@NordineLotfi What question are you referring to?

mostly the ones i ask on vi.se and emacs.se
I can easily come up with dozen of question easily, and many aren't even explained anywhere (afaik)

@NordineLotfi Do you know the links off hand to those se sites? Are they relatively new sites?

@amWhy yeah, but they aren't new :P vi.stackexchange.com and emacs.stackexchange.com
some question i asked are so specific that they still don't have any answer (and i guess I'll have to find one by myself once i know enough on their subject)
though i guess i didn't try asking on irc or mailing list, but that's beside the point
(plus it's not urgent enough so it's fine i think)
@amWhy anyway, how are you?

12:13 AM
Thanks for the links. The first is still beta, which means it hasn't graduated to a full site. They'll likely all be answered! Consider yourself a pioneer!!
@NordineLotfi I'm okay! How about you?

@amWhy :o didn't know the first was still beta (i thought i knew it for a while now).
@amWhy I'm good, just trying to make stuff work i guess?

Some sites are around a long time, while beta (e.g. Mathematics Educators.)
@NordineLotfi Yeah, me too!

@amWhy I see! I feel like i keep learning new things about SE/SO that aren't too obvious on first look

@NordineLotfi That will likely never fully disappear. I've been here 9.5 years, and I still find myself learning new things ;D

@amWhy that's really amazing :O it's like that sense of dejavu but applied on "everyday we learn something new"

12:23 AM
@NordineLotfi The key to learning is never reaching a point at which one thinks they know everything, or "seen" everything!
@NordineLotfi If I remember correctly from yesterday, it is now 2:24 am, your time! Please be sure to sleep! :-)

@amWhy Yeah, though to me it's kinda the reverse (at least it seems to be that way): when i think i reached the point that i "seen" everything, then something literally comes up to prove me wrong!
@amWhy Yeah, I'll be sure to sleep, just need to finish some stuff first :D
thanks for the remainder!

@NordineLotfi That just proves that you're open to being proven wrong, which is a great asset!
@NordineLotfi Finish what you need to finish, then sleep well, my friend! I'm off for now!

@amWhy Sure thing, take care!

@NordineLotfi Will do, you too! ;D

15 hours later…
3:48 PM
@amWhy,@NordineLotfi has any one of you seen big bang theory show?

1 hour later…
4:50 PM
@BabaYaga Yes, I have!

5:19 PM
@amWhy I wasn't online at all.

6:06 PM
@amWhy then I have a clear pass to watch it ;)
A particular character called Sheldon very closely resembles my best-friend, that's what another friend told me
I plan to revisit these books and read a new one for the upcoming month
I don't know if I have said this before but thank you for everything }:‑)

6:47 PM
@quid Very busy, I get it.

1 hour later…
8:11 PM

8:46 PM
Happy Friday, @all! Happy Friday, @XanderHenderson !

1 hour later…
9:55 PM
@quid How long will meta.math continue to allow questions on meta like this one who post claims of innocence when invariably, to have been question banned, they must have deleted heavily downvoted questions. These are the sorts of posts that burn people out on this site.
@quid My point is, please coordinate yourselves (mods) to get rid of such duplicates asap.
@quid But I realize these days you "pop by* Math.Se for five minutes, max, per day.

2 hours later…
11:59 PM
@amWhy Happy new year.
