@Mithoron "I love you Mithoron"
@Mithoron okay okay, I'll probably check it out later. Every week, until Wednesday, I'm in a lesson-induced trance

1 hour later…
6:20 PM
@M.A.R. You know what, I think the reason why it all got forked up is because Sally got "infected" with his dark side.
In the end of 2nd season, she went for his thing instead of telling the truth.

7:01 PM
@Mithoron actually, I think Sally had an (unnurtured) dark side in the beginning. In Saul, Kim wants to do good in the beginning, genuinely believes in it, and suffers a bit for it, but in Barry, Sally, and others, have their dark side to them, (IOW are normal people) and this is most evident to Barry, which is one reason he sometimes goes mad that these people think they're 'better' than him

7:17 PM
Furthermore, characters that grow better and are generally more likeable accept their dark side for what it is, and try to suppress it, rectify it with their actions, not deny it. Sally is afraid of her dark side, thus is always challenged by it.
And her "ego" stems from that. She thinks she has no dark side, so others have to do good by her.

@M.A.R. So... Sally is afraid of her dark side, or thinks she has no dark side? ;)
@M.A.R. Things are sure comparable with Saul. In a way they both have some negative influence on each other.

@Mithoron "Sally" for Sally does not include the dark side because she's afraid of admitting to have one
You come study antipsychotic drugs and we'll see how eloquent you become
Fuches is interesting. He sees only the dark side in people. He's actually a huge cynic.

7:35 PM
@M.A.R. BTW You know they ripped it off from Gospel? Pretty hard-core ;D

He could be chaotic neutral or lawful evil. He's either very impulsive, because anything goes and only YOU matter, or for him anything people do is damning, and the fact that no one is perfect means there is no justification to try to do good by anyone.
@Mithoron The "I love you"? How so?

Jesus asking Peter if he loves him, three times IIRC
Even called Gene's meeting with God, or something like that
@M.A.R. Something's very wrong with him for sure
Like he can't stop himself from manipulating and using people.
Even if he should see it's gonna only worsen his situation
