@LightnessRacesinOrbit For once I completely agree with you, although I don't have the knowledge or resources to support you in this. The lack of response by SE so far is a little disturbing, to say the least.
They post an update saying what they're going to do, get a lot of response and all of a sudden it's silent.
Perhaps they went out for some legal advice after all.
@Mast It does seem possible that they wanted to say no more until gathering legal advice, but that was some time ago and in the meantime the problem persists, which is suboptimal. With the way things have been recently I'm concerned they may just be ignoring us...
