Have you planned any vacations?

@quid You deserve it! No vacations, per se. I'm planning a short visit to St. Louis (Washington University which is located just west of St. Louist) in August. Perhaps a short visit to Eau Claire, WI, in July: My brother is scheduled for surgery then, and I'd like to visit my sister there, as well. I'll likely drive for both.

@quid I flagged a couple of comments on one thread on me.se. (I think the first would have sufficed.) I won't be upset if any are rejected. I'm just a bit put off by the "tone" of the comments (all same user). So I thought you or any other mod there might best determine the matter.

@quid I don't think the comments I flagged are "suspension-deserving" by any means, just that they could readily be taken to be "off-putting", and likely could have been expressed in a more respectful manner. (I'm not claiming to be an expert in always doing that, btw.) So your actions seem to be spot-on wrt moderating: it's better fodder for chat than on main.
