I've also read the discussions you have been having regarding the pronouns. To me, this is a completely ridiculous discussion. Who cares if someone uses "she" or "he" when addressing me? She probably does know whether I am a man or a woman, but she can probably guess it, from my behaviour. If people get offended because of this, oh, boy, I don't know what to do.
