We should for the most part replace universities with IQ tests. That would be much better.

This does not match my vision of the role of a university. But I can see what you might mean.

Universities have not been fulfilling their roles with very little regard to one's interpretation of what the role of the university is.

They do not have much of a role anymore. They are 70-80% or so a complete waste.

Yes. Mainly cryptography. I have not published anything in a while though.
