I suppose the above is related to this answer: Are tags used as meta keywords and how are they stored in the database?

A: Are tags used as meta keywords and how are they stored in the database?

Oleg Valter is with UkraineWhat tags are and how do they work Tags exist to connect experts to questions and not for SEO (they are used to an extent for the latter, though). This includes: Expedited duplicate closure. Users with gold tag badge in the respective tag can single-handedly (with some restrictions) close questi...

Yeah, I imagine people will go `where post, tags like '%<java>%' and while that might lead to success you better use the other relations in that case. So that is why I prefer to at least mention that structure.
Concerning this, I often use something like Text LIKE '%<##tagName##>%' when I want to look into PostHistory and I want to include the situation that the tag no longer exists.

Posts where the tag was added/removed (including the editors): https://data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1105163/questions-which-had-the-given-tag-including-the-editor-who-added-it?tagname=epidemiology https://data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1038474/questions-which-no-longer-have-the-given-tag-including-the-editor?tagName=epidemiology
But since I learned about it (probably in this room), when I look for existing tags, I use the PostTags table.
Or another thing is to find questions have only a single tag. (It is useful when burninating tags - before that, one should make sure that there will be no questions with no tags.)
Using Tags='<##tagname##>' seemed like a straightforward thing to do: data.stackexchange.com/math/query/131389/… data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1238960/…
Those two queries are the ones I listed in my self-answer here: How to find questions having only given tag (and no other tags)?
