@rene I know nothing about how to write SEDE queries (though, I have read its guideline some times). Can you help me? As far as I know, all information visible in profiles can be viewed by SEDE, right? For example, can we know which users have top flag statistics on a SE community?

@Later no, not all data. Flags are not in SEDE, here is all we have for your profile on MSE: data.stackexchange.com/meta.stackexchange/query/1399272 the best you can find are your total upvotes and downvotes.

@Later not everything is added by Stack Exchange. For example the users table also lacks the twitter url and github name. On the reviews table it is missing the userid while on the site you can see which users performed a review. Historically the data is limited, there are a lot of requests to add a bit more but those are hardly ever honoured. Help flags is one of those datapoints that is missing.

No, that is not possible. That would make it way to easy for users to retaliate against users that downvote them.

You could run this query every month and then compare results between months yourself.

@Later I doubt it. There are a lot of these requests and many go without an answer. Only if the data is needed to improve content quality/ moderation. So you need a bloody good reason before they even start considering putting effort in writing the query and hand you the stats. And just curious is not a good reason ;)
