In particular, you can see what data about the posts are available in Database schema documentation for the public data dump and SEDE. (Keep in mind that data in SEDE are only updated once a week, so they might be slight...

@Martin I added two queries that show a graph.
I guess those can be extended to show progression over time. That is left as an exercise for the reader

Thanks for doing that!
After seeing your queries I have changed two of the ones I've included before - you reminded me that graph tab might be useful too, so I exchanged the columns in the queries for distribution of score for answers/questions.
