I have tried to find using SEDE suggested edits by a deleted users, but it seems that PostTypeId=24 in PostHistory has always empty userid and username: data.stackexchange.com/mathoverflow/query/885877/…

I did it in connection with this post on a local meta: Recent suggested tag wiki edits. The user who made those problematic tag-wiki edits has deleted their account, so now the suggested edits cannot be found from the profile page.

Although these queries can probably help, too: Tag wikis created by a deleted user and Get posts list of a deleted user. (The latter was created by Shadow Wizard.)
