Has anyone tried downloading the data dump for StackOverflow recently (cloudflare)? I have tried multiple times in the past couple of weeks, and every time it fails after ~20-25 GB is downloaded. Besides the fact that it is frustrating, my ISP sent me a message warning me about "fair usage" :|
