@VScode_fanboy it means ViewCount can be null as in, it doesn't have a value at all. For questions it is most likely t never be null but always 1 or higher. For answers, the ViewCount is always null.
@VScode_fanboy you can't do that from SEDE as we don't have historical ViewCount data. There is only one single value stored and that is the latest value at the time SEDE was refreshed.
FWIW, the API doesn't have this data either.

This could be used to see what happened to SO when proposal X came out, what time of day is the most active (if it was hourly), what day of the week is the most active, activity to question r...

hBy2PyI answered a question on Chem.SE earlier today and noticed just now that it'd made it to HNQ. This got me wondering just how big the HNQ Effectâ„¢ is in terms of a jump in pageviews. I found a handful of other questions using auxiliary data to estimate time trends, but all of them rely on that au...

Theoretically, one could download all data dumps (IIRC they are published once every three months) and get at least ViewCount for those times. But that would be an insane amount of work to get something which basically gives almost no interesting infromation.
@VScode_fanboy Maybe this is less interesting for you, but you'd be able to get number of upvotes per day.
