@rene Is there an SEDE query that lists users on a site in the order of their ratio of upvotes to downvotes? I'd like to know if the rule mentioned in this blog post, that once one has cast 300+ votes, they can't cast more than two downvotes for every upvote they've cast is still in effect.
If possible, I'd like a query that lists all such users on a given site (300+ overall votes cast, with a downvote:upvote ratio higher than 2:1).
(Votes on community wiki posts are excluded from the rule calculation, but as that's not possible to differentiate in SEDE, we can ignore those.)

we only have vote counts on the users table
the votes table doesn't have userid for up/down votes

Thanks, the Users table is all I needed.
Based on the first item in the query result list, it seems this rule doesn't exist anymore.

Let's hope they don't revisit that. Or is someone going to explain to Eric Lippert that he can no longer down vote
