Q: Is bounty returned by moderator shown in revision history (timeline, SEDE)?

MartinModerators can refund the bounty to the users offering bounties. (However, this only happens in some rare situations. If that happens, can we see this in the timeline and revision history. Is some event recorded in PostHistory table in Data Explorer? Based on what I read in the FAQ post "How doe...

@Glorfindel Thanks for the query posted in the answer to my recent question: When a bounty is returned by moderator, is this shown in the revision history (timeline, SEDE)?
I will just point out that among the results there are still some posts which are probably false positives. (Of course, it is not a big problem - there are only a few posts which the query returns, so one can simply look through them manually.)
To explain what I mean, I will use this query on Mathematics: data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1236765/…
You can see that there are some instances were pn.DeletionUserId isn't a moderator. (Yannic Muller, George Carlin, Abishek, etc.)
Yeah, strange ...
I am not really sure why two different users are shown in SEDE. (In the revision history I see the same user offering and awarding bounty.)
I'm not sure why the OwnerUserId isn't set correctly there.
I'll have a look what the query says on Ask Different.
I was thinking that perhaps this might happen if two useraccounts were merged, but something like that is unlikely for high-rep users.
Could be a merge, perhaps the Math.SE moderators are willing to take a look.
I didn't find such instances on Ask Different or Chess.SE
Or you could ask another question on Meta - why is user X shown as posting a bounty in the revision history, while SEDE shows another (deleted) user?
Might as well be a bug ...

BTW isn't it unusual that number is shown instead of "User Link".
Usually, when the user is deleted, I saw nothing in place or User Link. (I suppose userid is NULL in such cases.) For example, in this query: data.stackexchange.com/mathoverflow/query/1235453/… (That was a query I had at hand, it shows only UserDisplayName for deleted users, user9072 is close to the top in that query.)

I have asked in Math Mods' Office. Maybe asking another question on Meta Stack Exchange makes sense too - but if I do it, then probably later.
I do not want two related questions so close after each other. Moreover, I'll have to do some stuff IRL.

Another unusual thing is that I found a question on MO which is not deleted, but just a number is shown instead of the [Post Link].
There is a row with questions 232926 mathoverflow.net/posts/232926/revisions

All good questions - sometimes it just boils down to 'we don't pay much attention to what happens with deleted stuff'.

Q: Why is the users who ended a bounty shown differently in SEDE and in the timeline and the revision history?

MartinRecently I looked at situations where the PostNotices table shows a different OwnerUserId and DeletionUserId. This was based on Glorfindel's advice, who suggested this as a way to find bounties which were cancelled (refunded) by a moderator: When a bounty is returned by moderator, is this shown i...

We'll see whether somebody will have some idea what is the reason for this behavior.
