@Bookend It was supposed to serve a purpose though -- editing questions that were salvageable. Well, according to that, not too many questions need editing. And from experience, the questions in H&I should usually be closed, not edited.

@hichris123 Our backlog was til tuesday yesterday or is that already old in your definition?

@Quill in the top level object you get form the api, there is optionally a backoff parameter returned (I hope you didn't exclude that with a filter). That backoff is in seconds and a backoff of 10 seconds is not uncommon. Your 3 seconds between calls violates that. See also: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/243773/…

The OP is completely refusing to add attribution to the code they pinched from another question (which I first found on a blog), and they have rejected both my edits to add the attribution. Please could the attribution be added (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3381614/c-convert-string-to-hexadecimal-and-‌vice-versa), and the user potentially warned?
