I just now noticed that per-site meta also have People Reached count. So, I reached 10K on SO but 30K on meta.SO. Well then.

I hope you don't have a teenage daughter. :-(

user202362
I mean, no offence, but I hope no staff's teenage daughter (or anyone else's) ever come to SE and ask questions such as 'I am a 14 yo girl, how do I get sexual attention from guys'

user202362
12:39 AM
also sometimes people can't tell sarcasm on the internet

Ok, I went through your meta questions and voted on them in various ways.

@Shog9 all DV's right?

As it turns out, you're now exactly one Secret User Point away from a question-ban.

Poe's law is an Internet adage which states that, without a clear indicator of the author's intent, parodies of extreme views will be mistaken by some readers for sincere expressions of the parodied views. == HistoryEdit == "Poe's law" was originally written by Nathan Poe in 2005, in a post on christianforums.com, an Internet forum about Christianity. The post was written in the context of a debate about creationism, where a previous poster had remarked to another user "Good thing you included the winky. Otherwise people might think you are serious." Poe then replied, "Without a winking smiley...

Q: Can we upgrade the unicorns to something more ... predatory

chmod 666 telkittyNothing against unicorns of course, they are great ... but can we upgrade the meta mascot to something more ... majestic? I mean, am I the only one who is not a fan of something that looks like an ass and eats only grass? Also, on the issue of whether unicorns are real ...

user202362
also ... I am not answer banned, I am question banned, is a sarcastic answer (taken the wrong way) anything to do with my question ban?

But if you post dreck, you'll quickly be question banned again.
also, answers do affect the question ban. Just FYI.
That out of the way, I'm gonna go get some mexican food
i feel a powerful hunger for... chicken

user202362
@Shog9 I was talking about my heart feelings, can't one express one's feelings about something anymore?

@Shog9 pollo

12:42 AM
Sssh, I think we had chicken in here at one time @Shog9.

user202362
I knew it's going to be a bait, the trick in not getting question banned again is never to touch meta again.

user259867
Good thinking there.

Or... just don't post certain things.

user202362
@JonEricson if you don't state that you are sarcastic, people might not know. But if you do state it, some might consider it insult of their intelligence

Jokes are fine, but at least make them funny. Mkay @chmod?

user202362
12:48 AM
again, you are assume what makes you laugh would make others laugh too

@chmod666telkitty Either way, that answer insults my intelligence.

@chmod666telkitty Well, peruse the tag for some ideas.

user202362
I am sorry, but we all have different levels of intelligence & knowledge. If I write an answer, some might think that they are wasting their time by reading it, while others don't even understand the thing I write. I guess it's still my fault.

Nothing good can come from answering some questions.

user202362

Big cities have different problems than small cities, and they need more structure.

@ShadowWizard I knew that 8 years ago ... although back then it only has started ...

I am under the impression that a lot of places teach kids python as a safe starting language.

Here. It was simpler to search tor the "wut" response

@chmod666telkitty I didn't post a food picture. What made you think that was food?

user202362

@ShadowWizard What if the image isn't hosted there?

user202362
@ShadowWizard cobol has jumped up from 28 to 20, amazing

user202362
I wonder what companies are massively hiring cobol developers

@ShadowWizard I live in a comfortable world where perl is the go-to language for minimizing time to solution, and where using any other language shifts the burden of proof to the person who would do so to justify why they made that choice. It doesn't not happen, but it's not very common either.

@chmod666telkitty BTW, I just noticed that I didn't use the reply function, but the Pinkie picture was supposed to be a reply to your message.

> Also - what about merging hats and badges? Leave badge as now, but add a flavor image like for hat. The whole with a rack page as a bonus, that shows the badges for all sites.
^ This was posted in 2013. I still support the idea.
Give the badges some picture.
