If years of gaming taught me something, is that internet will find a way to have unauthorized copy pop out like mushrooms.

@Derpy Ok. I don't think the feature movie is comparable to the TV movies, but yes, it's possible there will be early leaks. (I'm sure it will be available on the internet eventually, after say half a year.)

But there are also spoilers saying that the movie will have Pinkie Pie enjoying himself. What more can I ask from a movie?

Oh, and on a unrelated notice. I saw the synopsis for the first 4 episodes of season 7 on the wikia.

Let's just say that the premise for EP2 got me pretty annoyed. Even more annoyed of "not having a two-parter premiere (and probably not having a song too)"

@Derpy I think the voice actor list so far is very incomplete. But yes, we can hope that it doesn't have Starlight.

In particular, the list so far doesn't say that Rebecca Shoichet voices Twilight singing, and I believe there was a spoiler showing a short section of a song with Twilight and Spike singing.

That song might not be straight from the film, but still, it would be strange to have this film without Twilight singing.

@b_jonas episode S7E5: Pinkie is getting jealous because she feels her sister Maud is spending more time looking for gems with Rarity than playing with her, so she tires to steal Sweetie Bell and turn her in a party pony as a revenge.

@Derpy No way. Not in S7. Pinkie Pie and Rarity have had way more actual character development, where they learned from their mistakes in the previous seasons. They're not doing stupid things like that.

And yes, Starlight hasn't done that yet.

And this makes Pinkie Pie and Rarity stories better, and it's why I'd like to see more Sunset stories.

@b_jonas see above. They are focusing on making Starlight look "cool" by making her look "powerful", but that is just going against the value sets the rest of the series uses.

In another animated show, she could probably easily fit. But this kind of story writing doesn't fit MLP.

the problem will auto-resolve itself when (if) they realize that they don't have to focus on empowering the character to make it appreciated but instead slowly make the watchers see the moral values the character developed in order to win them.

As it stands now, I wonder if they are using Iron Will to write Starlight stories scripts....
